After attending the first year can I defer attending the consecutive 2nd year of the course or must they be consecutive?
Students are welcome to attend the institute in non consecutive years.
Are there CEU’s for attending the NIGM?
Yes. North Carolina State University, the Golf Course Superintendent’s Association of America, PGA of America and the Golf Management Institute of Canada recognize the NIGM for their continuing education certification.
As a Golf Course Superintendent, how beneficial would NIGM be to me if I wanted to pursue other management avenues in the golf industry?
The well rounded curriculum of the NIGM provides expert instruction and resources for managing all profit centers of a facility as well as the management of personnel and human resources.
Is there financial assistance available?

Anyone who currently manages or will soon be managing any profit center of his or her operation or anyone who’s career path is to manage more than one or all areas of a golf operation would find NIGM beneficial.
